RESOLUTION NO. 92-0202

A RESOLUTION ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WILDER, KY.

WHEREAS; Burlington Publishing Systems, Inc., (BPS) has completed the 1992 S-13 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Wilder, which supplement contains all ordinances of a general nature enacted since the prior supplement to the Code of Ordinances of this munic ipality; and

WHEREAS; said BPS has recommended the revision or addition of certain sections of the Code of Ordinances which are based on or make references to sections of the Kentucky Code; and

WHEREAS; it is the intent of Council to accept these update sections in accordance with the changes of the law of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Wilder, Campbell County, Kentucky:

SECTION I

That the 1992 S-13 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Wilder as submitted by BPS and as attached hereto is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety.

SECTION II

That this resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its date of passage.
