Ordinance No. 94-0305

AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING 1993 S-15 AND ALL PREVIOUS SUPPLEMENTS TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WILDER, KENTUCKY, AND SETTING FORTH PENALTIES FOR ALL VIOLATIONS.

WHEREAS; Burlington Publishing Systems (BPS) has completed the 1993 S-15 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Wilder, Kentucky, which supplement contains all ordinances of a general nature enacted since the prior supplement to the Code of Ordinances of this municipality; and

WHEREAS; said BPS has recommended the revision or addition of certain sections of the Code of Ordinances which are based on or make references to sections of the Kentucky Code; and

WHEREAS; it is the intent of Council to accept these updated sections in accordance with the changes of the law of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:

WHEREAS; pursuant to KRS 83A.065, the City desires to designate the violation of any of its ordinances as a misdemeanor offense;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Wilder, Campbell County, Kentucky:

SECTION I

That the 1993 S-15 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Wilder, Kentucky, as submitted by BPS and as attached hereto is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety.

SECTION II

That this ordinance shall be signed by the Mayor, attested by the City Clerk/Treasurer, recorded and published. The same shall be in effect at the earliest time provided by law.

Read and passed at first reading on the 21st day of March, 1994.

Read and passed at second reading on the 4th day April, 1994.
